Learn Chi
Meditation
Are you feeling stressed out, in poor health, or unable to focus on your
daily tasks? If so, then learning chi meditation can be a simple and effective way to
dramatically improve your life. Although many people believe that chi meditation is reserved for gurus and
mystics, the truth is that with a little training and practice, anyone can learn to harness the power of chi
through easy to use meditation
techniques.
Chi is the energy or life force that flows through every living being. Although
people often believe that energy is personal, that it is separate from the energy of other living beings - chi
energy is universal. Every person is connected to this energy, and is therefore connected to every other
person.
How well you use chi energy, though, depends on a variety of factors, including
your stress level, the food you eat, and your level of physical activity. Long held beliefs can also affect chi -
if you hold negative beliefs and attitudes, your energy will be suppressed.

Low chi levels contribute to a wide variety of problems, including poor health,
inability to concentrate, and difficulty sleeping. It can even set the stage for a range of severe diseases,
including diabetes, strokes, and cancer.
Chi meditation is one of the most important ways to increase your overall energy.
This technique involves turning your thoughts and focus inward, and noticing the energy flow within your body. By
becoming aware of your energy, you can remove blocks that are causing that energy to be suppressed. With practice,
you can raise your chi energy quickly and easily.
Proper Chi
Breathing
Proper breathing is a critical element of effective chi meditation. When you
settle into your meditation, it is important to focus on taking long, deep, deliberate breaths. Chi practitioners
say that deep breathing allows you to access the life force that is within you, and helps you connect to the
universal energy.
Breathe in slowly, counting to ten as you inhale. You should inhale as deeply as
your lungs will allow. Then, hold the breath for a count of five, allowing yourself to feel the renewed energy
within your body. As you exhale, count to ten again, allowing the negative emotions and other blocks to flow away
from you.
If you find that it is difficult for you to settle in and focus during chi
meditation while you are trying to master your chi energy, you may choose to
work with a guided meditation recording. There are numerous guided meditations available to help you relax and
center so you can obtain the full benefit from your meditation experiences. Often, these recordings use visual
imagery to help you drift into a state of meditative awareness, and to assist you in tapping into your life force
energy.
No matter whether you do it on your own or with the assistance of a guided
meditation recording, chi meditation is one of the most powerful meditation
techniques you can use to feel better, approach your day with a sense of tranquility and confidence, and
achieve your personal and spiritual goals more quickly.
